What makes this breaking?

Hello,
What in Highlander makes it a breaking release? We have an app that was
moved to D2007 a few months ago. Will upping to release 3 and HL break
anything? I heard that some functions were moved (thus uses clauses might
need to be changed), but I can't find a list.

Some minor changes were made in the dbExpress libraries that may cause
a recompile of some applications. The vast, wide majority of
components will work just fine.
