Update 3 Help problem

Hi

I have Delphi 2007 installed on Vista and have just applied update 3.
This amongst other things has knocked out the help. When I do try and
start it a dialog pops up calling for :

C:\Program Files\CodeGear\RAD Studio\5.0\Help\Doc\bds5start.HxS

This folder exists but there is nothing in it and therein lies the
problem.

I have searched for the missing file and it is not on the PC.

Any help would be appreciated.

PS If the help system was really fast and well 'helpful' this might be
the end of the world for me, but its neither fast or that helpful and
even .chm version I have downloaded is much, much better, this problem
is merely another annoyance and a blight on what was a very good
product in its time.

I have since reapplied the update and using the repair option finally
got the help installed.
