Hi Guys,

After really messing up I completely deinstalled D2007 which was atrel 2,
deleted the temp directories, etc, created a new download directory and ran the
setup /upgrade program from there.

It asked me for my Serial # details downloaded around 98 Meg of files into the
directory and then installed. Took ages for the Help component but it made it.

D2007 is running fine however I can find no reference to C++Builder 2007 and
unlike the previous D2007 when I ran it this one doesn't say anything about Rad
Studio.

Have I screwed it up again?

Regards & TIA,

Ian

Did you supply the serial number for your original D2007 or the new one
you got through SA (or from wherever you got it)? You need to use a
serial number for Rad Studio to get Rad Studio, with the other one you
can only install Delphi update 3 for the Win32 personality

Hi Peter,

I used the original Serial # I received with D2007. I haven't received my SA
one . Yet.

Then you will have to wait until you get it, sorry.

All fixed. Seems the original advice went astray. Received new advice
yesterday thanks to Nick, all done & dusted and fully operational now.
