vcliex.bpl What is this?

Hi!

With upgrade to Delphi 2007 release 2, there is a new bpl vcliex.bpl.
However no .dcp is available and it seems it is required only sometimes
when vclie package is used. What is with this?

Don't ask me why it was introduced, but it means that you have to
rebuild any design-time package that requires vclie. The vclie.dcp now
redirects to vcliex.
