Disappearing update?

I found that there is a May 2008 help system update to my Delphi 2007 for
Win32 Pro that I should apply.

The download went OK, but when the actual update started it was abandoned
because I happened to run as limited user rather than administrator (I
normally do).

So OK, I logged on as administrator and repeated the process to update my
help system, but now all I get is a message that there are no updates
available.

Help "about Delhi" tells me that my last update was the February update, so
what has happened to my May update?

If you still have the download extract the files in the ZIP, open a
console, navigate to the folder your extracted the files to, and run

helpsetup /upgrade

If you don't have the download anymore, you can find it on
http://cc.codegear.com, I think it is http://cc.codegear.com/item/25565

I have no control of where the originally downloaded file was saved on my
system, probably in some temporary file, but I found it on CodeGear.
(actually the id is now 25688 and there apparently was a modification in
June as well)

Now downloading, eventually updating my system

"May08 Help Update"
